I’ve tried a lot of different mouth tape and this one is by far superior. Stays on super well, comes off easy, no pain, no residue. I have ordered it for my mother in law who is 70 and was very confused when I suggested taping her mouth shut at night when she told me she wasn’t sleeping well haha. But she’s also obsessed now!! Seriously, it helps you get a deeper better sleep and I will never go back!

Works well. Not sure I will do long term but definitely worth trying to train nasal breathing. Bit pricey for what they are. I prefer to cut mine in half to do one vertical strip.

On morning one I felt better from a deeper more peaceful sleep. I was surprised how comfortable it was and not a big deal to remove (go slow). It's much more comfortable than a oral device to stop snoring and I am hopeful about the cognitive benefits from increased O2 levels.

I just repurchased a 3 month supply. I have also handed out some to friends and family to give them a try.

I love how these don’t fully cover your mouth so great for beginners. I personally feel like these have contributed in a higher quality of sleep. My sleep seems deeper and I don’t wake up throughout the night and when I haven’t used them for a day or 2 I’ve noticed a difference in my sleep. Highly recommend!

I have tried three mouth tapes and this is the best so far. Doesn’t leave your lips dry, you can still sip water, talk and yawn without it coming off. Easy to put on and take off. Just reordered my second pack!

As a skin care girlie, I will go to bed with oils slathered on my face. This tape is QUALITY. It has never slipped off and grips my skin - oils and all. I love that there are two different ways you can wear it as well. Subscribed without hesitation!

Vio2 is leagues above other tape on the market. I’ve been using it for over a year now and still love it. No more snoring, no more waking up with dry mouth, and overall better breathing; once you start using, you’ll be hooked. The tape and adhesive quality is top notch and has the perfect hold even with my facial hair. When we were at our last dentist appointment, they noted my daughter had quite a bit of tarter build-up on her front teeth. When I mentioned she also grinds her teeth, they said those were common signs of someone sleeping with their mouth open. I purchased VIO2 and she has been wearing them every night for the past 6 months. I have seen a dramatic difference in her quality of sleep and overall health. Tip for Parents: I was initially concerned about her wearing the tape if she had a stuffy nose - worried it could be dangerous. Obviously you need to check with your own health care provider, but I found that she will wake up on her own and pull off the tape if she’s having any problems breathing through her nose. Just my experience… Hope it helps someone else!

I started using these mouth tapes because of dry mouth. They were recommended by a good friend, who is a pharmacist. I noticed a huge improvement since I am no breathing through my mouth. I looked at other brands too, but these are definitely the very best. The way they fit over your mouth is comfortable and easy to get on and off. I'm so happy I found these. They were definitely the answer to my problem!

Very comfortable, I didn’t even have a stage of getting used to it. The tape stays on all night, doesn’t feel Claustrophobic and I am a customer for life.
