I approached VI02 mouth tape with skepticism, thinking it was just another fad. However, I’m pleasantly surprised to say that I really love it!
Applying the tape is easy and comfortable; I barely notice it after a while. It encourages me to breathe through my nose while I sleep, which has reduced my snoring and morning dryness.
Overall, my sleep quality has improved, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. If you're curious about it, I recommend giving it a try! You might be just as surprised as I was.

I bought these on a whim and am so thankful that I did! I have worn every night, and my sleep has improved so much. Living in Ohio, the heat is always on in the winter which leads to dry mouth/stuffy nose every single morning - but not with these! Truly cannot live without.

Second brand I’ve tried and so far these are my favorite. They stay in place all night and don’t break me out. They are just a tad long for my mouth, but that doesn’t affect the fit and function.
