simple, comfortable, and incredibly effective. my snoring stopped the first time I tried the tape and I woke up feeling refreshed, I actually slept through the night. I keep asking my wife, "am I snoring???" and she says "nope". In the past my snoring would rattle the neighbors now I'm quiet as a mouse.

I read about mouth taping and its benefits in James Nestor's Breath book. The difference between mouth and nostril breathing seemed dramatic regarding health, so I tried it. I feel much more rested when I wake up. I particularly like the tape as it is flexible and doesn't irritate my skin. I had to adjust to taping my mouth shut at night, but the benefits are tremendous, and you get used to it.
